freshness in a bowl


I just love having watermelon first thing in the morning, there’s nothing that makes me feel more refreshed (unless you squeeze some lemon or lime on top of it course). Watermelon is super easy for the stomach to digest because of its high water and electrolyte content, which also means it’s super hydrating. On top of that, watermelon is rich in Vitamin-A, Potassium and multiple antioxidents. It also contains a good amount of Vitamin-B6, Vitamin-C, Thiamin and Manganese!
