Ok guys.. I know I’m always hype-ing eating a plant based diet, but I’ve noticed something that’s changed since I stopped eating meat and drinking dairy..
so basically my problem is that after going vegan, my nails started growing insanely fast. They’re always extremely long and I have to cut them quite often.. #veganproblems haha.
I’ve always had brittle, poor nails but after eliminating dairy from my diet my nail growth is INSANE. It’s pretty safe to say my calcium intake is ooon point! ps. I was being sarcastic about it being annoying, I love my strong long nails :)
