My life right now pretty much consists of apartment-hunting, berry-picking and podcast-listening. I'm going to Turku tomorrow to look at some places with my mom so keep your fingers crossed. I know everything will work out in the end but I can't help but to feel stressed and weird about it all. Aanyway, I'll talk to you later when I'll hopefully be feeling a bit more energized and not so bummed out. Hope you all have a cozy night and that you do things that serve you and makes you feel happy. That's what life's all about.. Actually after having written that I realize how small my problems are and I immediately feel more grateful. Sometimes it's really good to have you my little bloggy.♥

The past few weeks have been really good. My bf came back home to Finland so we’ve just been chilling and roadtripping with our partner in crime Iris. First we went to Hangö to celebrate Olle’s birthday, we stayed for a couple of more days and layed by the beach, rode our bikes, ate ice cream and just relaxed. Our next destination was Pargas where we spent 3 laid back days, we went to eat pizza in Nagu, had a sauna session, visited the goats with Iris, went to see my grandma in the village center etc.
After that we made a little pit stop and said hi to my other grandma in Raisio, thereafter we drove to Lönnukka to visit V’s grandparents. We wined and dined, had a nightly deep talk on the pier, took a morning dip and helped waiter a lunch thingy the next day. After that we drove back to the city where we've spent the last couple of days. We watched movies including The Boy In The Striped Pyjamas, Dinner For Schmucks and Nightcrawler, had a taco night and on Saturday we went to see V’s dad and wife, they had cooked us an amazing dinner and afterwords we just sat by the table and talked for hours. Yesterday morning I went to see Nici in Helsinki, we had take away coffee's Kippo sandwiches (best sandwiches I’ve had in Helsinki handsdown!) and caught up on each others lives since we hadn’t seen each other since December.
Later that day V picked me up and we drove to Raseborg to see the summer theatre Sound Of Music with his grandparents. I arrived to Pargas today and our relatives are visiting so we’ve had fun playing football, Afrikas stjärna & memory card and eating delicious cruelty-free foods (lasagna, ice cream & cookies). I’ve been super happy and relaxed over the past few weeks but I really need to start looking for an apartment for when school starts in the fall, so starting tomorrow there’ll be less slacking and more sorting stuff out!

Last Thursday we had planned to have some drinks at Sushi Samba, but when we got there the butler/door-man told us it was closed so instead he directed us to Duck & Waffle which is in the same building as Sushi Samba in the Heron Tower, only one floor higher. Since it's located on the 40th floor the views over the city are preeetty nice so we were happy to sit and have a drink there instead and look down at Sushi Samba muahaha. I had a Pin-A-Kale-Ada while V had a mojito, even though the drinks were not at all in our budget range, it was a nice experience, plus I had dried pineapple and and a kale crisp on my drink which was awesome. It was probably the best drink I've ever had and ever will have.. (If you don't count my licorice drink that I had in Reykjavik)
After the drinks, we had another drink at a Japanese place and then a pasta dinner at an Italian place. After that we went to see Tarzan at Imax which I loved! V wasn't quite as convinced but I give it a 9/10. Plus Margot Robbie is like the most beautiful woman ever, I think I drooled more over her than the incredibly ripped Alexander Skarsgård aka Tarzan..

I had a pretty exciting last day in London on Saturday, we drove up to Hemel Hempstead for the Deebs Day Festival with the guys from the Scruffclub. We hung out at the festival area all day and the guys performed later in the evening. They ofcourse got people jumping around and partying and they basically lit up the place, plus it was really good to see my boyfriend do a gig since the last time was about a year ago.. When we got home at around 1am we just crashed on the bed and slept like piglets. I got home last night and right now I'm just chilling at my parent's house. It's raining outside but I'm still gonna go and enjoy a nice little stroll by the water, then I'm probably just gonna cuddle up in the sofa and read or watch a movie or something, I'm feeling kind of low on energy today.. #posttravelfeels

Tonight we had a cozy night in in V's backyard. We listened to music, sipped on some white wine and had baguette with romaine lettuce, balsamico & hummus. During the day we hung out at a park in Hampstead Heath, went crazy at Whole Foods and had an acai bowl at Viva Acai. Lfe is gooood. Oh and thank you to the weather gods for letting us get in some much needed vitamin D every day.
We got these babies from Whole Foods in London, I had the Trek bars on my flight back home and they were both surprisingly yummy! The banana bread protein flapjack was super banana-ish and crumbly while the cocoa chaos energy bar was super moist and rich. Better watch out Clif bars- you've got some competition..

We had an amazing dinner at Mildred's last Friday. Mildred's is an vegetarian/vegan restaurant chain with the original restaurant in Soho where we went. We had to wait for a table for an hour because the restaurant was packed (which only made me super happy,- I love when veggie restaurants are succesful) so we had some yummy drinks at the bar while we waited.
We shared main courses and I chose this Polish Burger made of beetroot, white bean and dill in a focaccia bun with iceburg lettuce, mayonnaise, pickled cabbage and gherkin, served with basil soy mayo and sweet potato fries.
V chose this Sri Lankan sweet potato curry with roasted lime cashews, pea basmati rice and coconut tomato sambal. Everything was delicious and I want to go back so bad already..

London update: Everything's just dandy, we've done heaps of stuff already such as visit loads of different markets, see the cute animals at Hackney Animal City Farm, eat & drink at the Dalston Street Food Festival. Besides that stuff, we've been eating lots and lots of amazing food, sippin' drinks and watching movies such as Blood Diamond (so good!). The weather has been surprisingly good so far so we've been walking around a lot, today for example we took a nice long stroll alongside the canal from Haggerston to Camden. When we got to our destination, we had a drink in the sun by the riverbank and then we had lunch at Camden Lock Market & dessert at Cookies N' Scream which is pretty much heaven on earth.
