We had an amazing dinner at Mildred's last Friday. Mildred's is an vegetarian/vegan restaurant chain with the original restaurant in Soho where we went. We had to wait for a table for an hour because the restaurant was packed (which only made me super happy,- I love when veggie restaurants are succesful) so we had some yummy drinks at the bar while we waited. 

As a starter, we had gyoza dumplings with sweet chilli amd soya dip. 

We shared main courses and I chose this Polish Burger made of beetroot, white bean and dill in a focaccia bun with iceburg lettuce, mayonnaise, pickled cabbage and gherkin, served with basil soy mayo and sweet potato fries.

V chose this Sri Lankan sweet potato curry with roasted lime cashews, pea basmati rice and coconut tomato sambal. Everything was delicious and I want to go back so bad already..
